Diane’s teaching style is wonderful! She has a lovely calm and reassuring manner, taking students through a varied routine with a focus on a particular area each time.
Diane explains each movement and pose clearly and precisely, making it easy to follow (even on Zoom) and with her gentle and encouraging Scottish lilt, I can’t help but give it my all!
Lazy Cat Yoga is great, no matter what level you are at in your yoga practice. Diane is kind and mixes it up so no two classes are the same, keeping it fresh and interesting. Prices are fair – I can’t recommend enough.
