So here’s my take on a fantastic song written by my very dear friend Jules Maxwell. You may have heard it as Foy Vance makes it a regular part of his set near Christmas, and very beautifully he does it too. I’ve known the song since almost the day it was written, and have always believed (I’ll say it again) that one day it will be known as a classic… although maybe not with the expletive that after no deliberation whatsoever I decided to put in.
