Finally, Macartney speaks:

I’m not taking no for an answer here, as I have already fallen in love with the name. I wrote:
“…there’s something in it that sums up what this is all about. More me than you as you are distinctly less ramshackle than I.”
He gave in and thus we have our name. Result.
Usual flurry of internet real-estate grabbing – domain name, Twitter, SoundCloud… but let’s face it, its not hard to get “ramshacklecrow” for the various bits and bobs. Don’t think I’ll bother with Facebook. I hate Facebook.
