I began work on the concept for the Ramshackle Crow iOS app that will accompany the record. It’s been quite a lot of fun to work on, actually.
The plan is to just to scan the user’s library for the presence of Ramshackle Crow tracks and then hook up some pretty deep amounts of extra stuff for the things it finds. It’s all working well in testing, but its going to be a long hard road to getting the production version finished… and I keep getting more ideas of where we could go with this.
I reckon it will be a nice way to explore the album in these days of faceless downloads from iTunes… at least until we get the vinyl cut!
